He has an extensive and culturally diverse professional background specializing in resort development and management with strengths in resort operations, team development and leadership, as well as, sales and marketing. Having worked for Marriott International for 33 years, Geoff recently retired as the Executive Vice President Asia Pacific.

Sandy Leandro is an exceptionally strong leader and visionary with 39 years of experience in the room and operation areas of the hospitality industry, hotels and resorts, 34 years with Marriott International/Marriott Vacation Club and 5 years with Sheraton Hotels. She has a wide-range of experience having worked at multiple hotel and resort brands as General Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President.

Fred Miller formed his own consulting business after retiring from Marriott International, Inc where he held the positions of vice president, global sales and vice president, travel industry relations. Based at Marriott's headquarters in Washington D.C. Mr. Miller was responsible for establishing and maintaining the global sales offices and general sales agents in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia/Pacific.

Jon Moore is an experienced executive with leadership skills in the Sales, Digital Marketing and Operations areas within the hospitality industry. As a results-focused leader, coach and confidante, Moore has taken his accomplished executive background and applied it to his new role as President of Jon Moore & Associates, a hospitality sales, branding & digital marketing consulting start up.

Stephanie is a results-driven hospitality professional with 15 years of experience in sales, operations and event organization for multinational hotel brands. She strives to make an impact through exceptional customer service and communication skills. Driven by her passion for the hospitality industry, tourism and most importantly, customer satisfaction, she founded Hotel Selection Experts (HSE), a hospitality company based in Costa Rica.

As an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, Ned Snavely specializes in various aspects of general management, strategic planning, and development. With a comprehensive background in sales & marketing, he offers a depth of understanding and knowledge to a multitude of problem-solving situations. Ned utilizes his business expertise and experience in every aspect of his life, including philanthropy and humanitarian assistance globally and within his community.

An accomplished leader in the hospitality industry, Edwin F. ‘Chip’ Stuckmeyer has over 30 years of global experience specializing in the development of international sales and marketing strategies. In 2009, Chip formed Stuckmeyer and Associates an international hospitality consultation firm, specializing in all aspects of sales and marketing, leadership and training solutions.
